The T&Cs section is a legally binding agreement that outlines our rules and regulations. Is there a RUSH fee?Yes. This fee is based on quantity and turnaround time.

Are deposits required?Yes. Before beginning work, IDSi will request a deposit from you. The amount will be communicated during the quote process and acts as a commitment from your side.

SECTION 1 - TERMSYou may not use our products for any illegal or unauthorized purpose, nor may you, in the use of the Service, violate any laws in your jurisdiction (including but not limited to copyright laws). We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time. A breach or violation of any of the Terms will result in an immediate termination of your Services.

SECTION 2 – PRICES & PAYMENTPrices of products are subject to change without notice. All orders require 50% down when the order is approved and 50% on the date of receipt. Payment can be made by cash, check, or credit card. Checks require 5 Business Days to Process. There is a $35.00 charge for returned checks. If an order is not paid for in 30 days, the balance will be charged to the last used card on file. If there is no card or the card is inactive, a late charge of 5% of the balance will be applied. Orders are approved by careful review and written acceptance of the order invoice for our products and services. Orders left at our shop for four months will be considered abandoned and will be possessed by Advanced.

SECTION 3 – PRODUCTS & SERVICESWe cannot guarantee that the colors and images of our products on our website and catalog are entirely accurate. We have made every effort to portray our products as accurately as possible on paper and screen. We cannot guarantee that your computer monitor will display colors accurately. We are not responsible for updating product information on the website or catalog whenever a product is discontinued or changed. We do not warrant that the quality of our products or services obtained by you will meet your expectations or that any errors in the Service will be corrected. Our standard turnaround time is 7-10 days. We can only guarantee a delivery date via a rush order. Deadlines will be established before an order is placed. Rush orders require a separate charge. Cancellations can only be made before the order is approved. Once an order is approved for production, full payment is required, even if the order is canceled. Changes can only be made before order approval. Items added after approval must be placed in a different order and must follow the minimum requirements. Prices do not include shipping (unless otherwise specified). We are not responsible for any loss, damages, or shipping delays caused by a delivery carrier. We do not guarantee shipping times will be completely accurate on our website or catalog. Claims for damages, defects, or shortages will be reviewed only if a claim is submitted in writing within three business days of delivery. Due to the nature of this business, we will not be responsible for under-runs up to 2% with a minimum of 1. We will only charge you what we produced accurately and refund any errors but will not reprint 2% of the whole order or only 1 item. Any damaged or misprinted items must be returned before a refund is given.

SECTION 4 – INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY & DESIGNWe take no intellectual ownership of any product image on our website or catalog. All images are under the ownership of our suppliers and their clients. We are allowed to use the designs for apparel purposes but cannot reproduce them for any other purposes. All designs made in-house by our staff and artists are under our ownership unless explicitly contracted for. However, we are allowed to display all designs made in-house for promotional, non-commercial reasons and for our personal portfolio. We cannot guarantee that all designs are able to be printed or embroidered with perfect accuracy. We have a large selection of ink colors but cannot guarantee an exact color match. We also cannot guarantee the exact placement of the design. We will inform you if the design will come out differently than expected. We are not responsible for not following the branding and logo guidelines of our clients. We assume the designs have been approved by our client before we receive them. We have the sole discretion to reject any order that we consider libelous, defamatory, obscene, profane (according to standards established by the FCC), portraying irresponsible use of alcohol or other substances, advocating persecution based on gender, age, race, religion, disability or national origin, containing explicit sexual content or is otherwise inappropriate for our production.

SECTION 5 - THIRD-PARTY SERVICESCertain content, products, and services available via our Service may include materials from third parties. Links on our website may direct you to third-party websites that are not affiliated with us. We are not responsible for examining or evaluating the content or accuracy, and we do not warrant and will not have any liability or responsibility for any third-party materials or websites or for any other materials, products, or services of third parties. We are not liable for any harm or damages related to the purchase or use of goods, services, resources, content, or any other transactions made in connection with any third-party websites. Please review carefully the third-party and policies and practices and make sure you understand them before you engage in any transaction. Complaints, claims, concerns, or questions regarding third-party products should be directed to the third party.

When are items shipped?All shipments are shipped the day your items are finished. Shipping amount will be on your invoice before you pay.

Are returns accepted?Yes. Please inspect your shipment carefully upon arrival. Clients have three (3) business days from the date you accepted delivery to report any discrepancy between what was ordered and what was actually shipped, damages due to shipping, and shipping errors. IDSi is not responsible for any of these discrepancies after three (3) business days. All returns must be approved by IDSi.

How are packages shipped?We take great pleasure in shipping packages to our amazing customers! Our go-to shipping partner is UPS, but we also rely on USPS for smaller packages. We are happy to offer shipping to you and our price point, with daily pickups and excellent rates that we have negotiated just for you. If you are located in the Atlanta area, we have some exciting news for you! For a tiny fuel fee, we can even deliver your packages straight to your doorstep. Please ask us for pricing, and we will make it happen! Trust us, it is often cheaper and more convenient than hiring a courier.
